Quality at Ridgeline is a production discipline, not a department. Every routing carries in-process inspection steps; critical features are inspected 100% on CMM before anything ships.
We take new part numbers from print review through first-article inspection and into repeat production with documented, frozen routings — so lot 40 measures like lot 1. Ask us about capability studies on your critical features.
Founded in 2009 in Ridgeline, Ohio, Ridgeline Fastener Co. is a 60-person, family-owned shop built around one idea: small parts deserve serious manufacturing. Our team runs 17 work centers across two shifts, supported by a full tool crib, an in-house quality lab and a maintenance program that keeps spindles turning.
